Model OCP-055

Model HS-022

Model OCP-050A

 

A low cost version of OCP-055 with aluminum cold plate. It has two set of mount holes for two butterfly mounts model BA-01. Custom mounting patterns can be easily added upon request.

Model HS-008

 

With only 0.08ēC/w thermal resistance in a compact package as part of our OCP-150, HS-008 three heat pipes soldered in nickel plated heat sink base. The heat pipes significantly improves heat spreading performance, making HS-008 a perfect solution for highly concentrated (high heat flux) heat sources such as high power laser diodes, IGBTs, microprocessors, and power converter modules. The two powerful fans are concealed in air duct to reduce noise significantly.
