ETE’s water cooling plates are made of solid 1/2” aluminum. Water passages are machined-in. Comparing to the typical cold plates with embedded pipes, machined-in cold plates performs much better because the re is one less thermal interface. Another advantage of machined-in water passage is that both sides of the cold plates are fully available for interfacing with any heat dissipating devices. WP-03 is 4.6” x 4.3” x 0.5’, it is also made of 0.5” thick aluminum. It is anodized, with brass plugs and acetal instant press in tube fittings. It has more machined in water passages to improve cooling effectiveness. It has mounting patterns for nLight Pearl series diodes. Users can use either side for cooling any power devices.
